Refund policy

At MCE Hair & Skin Co., all sales are final.

Due to the nature of grooming and personal care products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Grooming and skincare products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
